At the turn of February and March 2020 were monitoring the premises owned by the sp–łki train STATION in Tr—jmieście Sp. z o. o. The place of research was the construction building brick, kt&miró;the rhymes were observed scratching the walls. The building has cranes, and equipment and devices intended for repair of rolling stock. In connection with the registration of the damage, we were asked to measure–to check the cause of the damage.
monitoring Program, we decided to put an order. After analyzing the documentation, we have proposed the measurement of vibration, rotation, and tilt. For vibration measurements use a vibration sensor MR3000C company Syscom. The device is equipped with GSM connection for monitoring the detected value of vibration in the cloud and automatically generating information in the form of SMS on exceeding the speed limit. The sensor has software, working on the basis of the recommendations of the standard PN-B-02170 “Evaluation of the harmfulness of vibrations transmitted through the soil to the building”. To measure the angle of the walls was used the system sensors BeanDevice 2.4 GHz sensors inklinometrycznymi HI-Inc Xrange.&the transmission Device connects wirelessly at 2.4 GHz with a gateway that serves as a driver for poszczeg"e sensor–and is equipped with 4G LTE modem for data transmission “clouds”. The measuring range of the sensor—HI-Inc Xrange is ±15o, the measurement precision is ±0.057°, and the resolution at the frequency 10 Hz is equal to 0.001°. After measuring it we gave a full report to the client together with the conclusion of recommendations on the future operation of the facility, while remaining at the disposal of the matters.
